At Sportspectrum, we want you to love your gear, and if something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If the shoes are unworn, in sellable condition, and in their original packaging, you may choose to receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a Sportspectrum digital gift card that can be redeemed both online and in-store. If the shoes have been worn, are not in sellable condition, or are missing the original packaging, they are not eligible for a refund but can still be returned for a Sportspectrum digital gift card. To complete an online return, customers must reach out to us directly so our team can guide you through the process and make it as quick and convenient as possible.
